- panels are manufactured in temperature controlled jigs and polyurethane is direct injected for perfect bonding.

80mm = 0.239 W(m².K)
100mm = 0.193 W(m².K) - cladding: 0.5mm chromadek, frost white galvanizing grade Z200.
- camlock: pulling power 350kg for perfect joints.
- polyurethane foam density: 35-40kg.
- B3 fire rating, B2 available on demand and high volume.
- floor panels with standard 1mm primed galvanized sheets or optional primed stainless steel cladding.
- optional cladding: stainless steel 304 or 430 inside and outside.
- heated pressure relief ports for freezer rooms standard
